1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 t. Italian seasoning
1 T. cream
½ c. water
Mix all ingredients and place in baking dish. Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with a small
amount of ketchup, but be mindful of added sugars.
